  • Exercise regularly- people who are physically fit handle stress better
  • Relax! - focus on activities you find calming
  • Find a friend- support from others can help relieve stress
  • Recognize when you need help

DROP THE DRAMA

  • Helps you to be happier and live peacefully
  • We allow ourselves to get worked up and bothered
  • But if you take a second look they aren't a big deal

MAKE PEACE WITH YOUR MISTAKES

  • We mess up,make amends,and change
  • Mistakes help us to learn and evolve
  • Accepting your mistakes helps us to forgive easier

  • The power of gratitude can change your life
  • By thinking of what your grateful for can change everything
