IS GLOBALIZATION GOOD OR BAD?
Introduction:
I believe that it helps because it can earn money for both countries involved, create peace, and increase trade. These are all very helpful things that outweigh the downsides.
Reason #1
Globalization can help poor and wealthy countries alike. If a wealthy country sets up a factory in the poorer county. Not only does the wealthy country gain money, but it can employ workers in the poorer country, and they will make more money than they would with any other job. Example: Developed countries help out developing countries in the EU.
Reason #2
Globalization helps keep peace. Countries that trade with each other want to keep peace so as to keep the trade. Example: The EU trades often between countries and the EU is as the name states, a union between countries.
Reason #3
Increased trade. This one is pretty obvious. Globalization increases trade throughout the world. This earns money for all countries involved and can help keep peace, as previously mentioned.
Reason #4
Globalization helps unite the world. It creates a global society in which we can see how other people live. It allows us to trade and distribute goods from other countries as well, which helps us to understand those countries.
Conclusion:
Globalization is helpful because it helps all countries involved, by keeping peace, making money, and educating them on how other places and communities live.
