- The pivot joint is the neck
- Your hinge joints are the fingers, ankle, and elbow
- Your other hinge joints are the toes, wrist and knee
- Your ball and socket joints are your shoulder and hips

LIGAMENTS AND TENDONS
- Ligaments help prevent injuries and connect bones
- Tendons connect muscles to bones
