Biotic VS Abiotic
The plant represents the biotic factor, because it is living.
The rock represents the abiotic factor,because it is not living.

Biotic: plant



Abiotic: rock

Autotroph VS Heterotroph
The tree is used as an autotroph, because it makes it's own food through photosynthesis
Kindal, the human, is used as a Heterotroph, because she must consume her own food

Heterotroph: Human



Autotroph: tree

Predator and Prey Relationship
The bird is represented as the predator, because it eats the bird; therefor the bird is the prey.

Predator: bird



Prey: worm

Mutualism: we each got 3 mints; this meant we were both happy because it benefitted both of us

Commensalism: I got 5 mints while he got 1. I was happy but I did not hurt or do anything good for him.

Parasitism: I took all of the mints from him, so he was left with none. I was benefitted while he got stuff taken away

CARBON CYCLE

  • 4 ways carbon gets into the atmoshpere
  • Burning fossil fuels
  • Organisms release it
  • Warm ocean water
  • Volcanic eruptions

  • Ocean water, while cold, dissolves it
