The case of the Ford Motor Co. Vs the U.S. Was because Ford under payed on there taxes and still owed the IRS money but after it was revised it was it was determined that in the end Ford over payed and the IRS owed them money
The petition for certiorari is granted, the judgment of
the Sixth Circuit is vacated, and the case is remanded for further proceedings. I was decided to be revised further
This case was decided with a 9-0 vote there was no descending opinion
