BIOMEDICAL ENGINEER

BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING AND THE FACTS BEHIND IT

Biomedical engineers analyze and design solutions to problems in biology and medicine, with the goal of improving the quality and effectiveness of patient care.

BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERS ARE INVOLVED IN :

  • Creating life-like prosthetic limbs for greater mobility
  • Designing artifical hearts and pacemakers
  • Developing new physiotherapy technologies
  • Creating freedom by improving glucose monitors
