A is for alone. The greaser's are never suppose to walk alone with what happened to Johnny and pony boy when the got beat up by the socs. When you walked alone is was easier for the socs to beat you up because no one was around to save you.

B is for all the blood that has happened in this book. From when ponyboys parents were in that burial car accident to Johnny killing Bob, or all the blood that ran down Johnny's face when he got beat up by the Soc's.

C is for the blue corvette that drove by when ponyboy, Dally, and Johnny were walking Cherry and Marsha home and then pulled up and it was there boyfriends and tried starting a fight with the greasers.

D is for Darry, who is the oldest of 3 and is constantly busy with work, and never has time to hang out with Sodapop and Ponyboy.

E for the emotion. When Ponyboy was telling Cherry about Jonnys experience with the Soc's. Also when he think about his brothers and him splitting up if they got in trouble because his parents got in a car crash.

F is for the fights that happen. When Johnny and Ponyboy got in a fight and almost got killed. When Dally almost got in a fight because he slashed the Soc's tires and got caught.
