The third question in the documentation process is:
"Describe what you did in your learning experience"

For every answer you write (for each one of the eight documentation questions), you will want to make sure you are including (in your answer) the wording of the question

Where did this happen?

It might appropriate to describe a typical day…especially if your experience happened during a practicum

Concentrate on an event that happened on one day or over the course of just a few days

Describe the parts of the experience that fits the CFS Learning Outcome in detail

You need to find theoretical knowledge that is about BOTH your learning experience AND about all parts of the CFS Learning Outcome

Refer to your theoretical knowledge very briefly in your answer

Remember to write a section where you tie your learning experience back to the CFS Learning Outcome. Explain how having the learning experience enabled you to master the CFS learning outcome.

Type out the answer to the question:

Before you upload or turn in your answer, edit it!

Before you upload or turn in your answer, get out the CFS rubric and grade your written answer against it. When you read over the rubric, do you need to rewrite anything about your answer?

Some instructors will want you to submit each documentation answer as a stand alone document.
Some will want you to submit it on d2l.

If you have questions, email your instructor right away.
