Connor's Personal Goals

First, I've created a "big picture" of what I want to do with my life (say, the next 10 years), then I've identified the large-scale goals that I want to achieve.
Then, I've broken these down into the smaller targets that I must hit to reach my lifetime goals.
Finally, I've executed an action plan to work on to achieve these goals.

I'm curious and look for opportunities and take advantage of them. I think like an entrepreneur.

I'm always honing my skills as a team player. Organizations depend on the cooperation of their employees.

I learn how to network—as in face-to-face, purposeful conversations, especially with people I don’t know.

I am attentive to people and the things happening around me and look for ways to be helpful, even in the smallest matters.

I've gotten into the habit of expressing appreciation for the big and small things people do for me.

I've become increasingly open-minded. I differ with others as I need to, of course, but I avoid being dogmatic.

I'm careful of the image I project on the internet. Would I want potential employers and other professionals to see it?

If things don't seem to be working out and I've given 150%, I'm unafraid to do a 180 and change everything.

I care about my appearance and dress appropriate for the function I'm attending. First impressions last a long time.

And although clothing does not make the man – the right clothing can gives me precious seconds to make my case and influence others.

Crisp, clean, and well fitted clothing – wherever I am in the world – encourages others to take me seriously.

Every victory, every stressor, every laugh, every breakthrough and almost everything I appreciate about my work and my life can be summed up by the quality of my relationships.

This, to me, is success.
