Praise God He will it all together! Well we all know that the body and mind needs rest but we cannot do it alone! And at times we get so weary from our trials and struggles we just want to know where the True Rest comes from in a relationship with Jesus Christ. The rest we need comes from God's word and prayer for God has promised Romans 8 26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

Deuteronomy 31:8 8 The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
