When Japan invaded the area of Manchuria in China. They wanted more land and raw materials for industrialization..

INVASION OF CZECHOSLOVAKIA
When Germany invaded Czechoslovakia for more land. Hitler believed that he should be able to control all German-speaking people.

INVASION OF POLAND
When Hitler invaded Poland in 1939. This caused a chain reaction that was the beginning of WWII. He promised to Britain and France that he would not invade Poland, but when he did this caused them to declare war on Germany.

BATTLE OF BRITAIN
The time period during the war when Germany bombed major cities in Britain. Many families sent children into the country to be safe.-

INVASION OF THE SOVIET UNION
This was a mission to wipe out the threat of communism towards Germany. It was also so the Germans could possible have settlement on the Russian border.

STALINGRAD
This was a battle fought between Germany and the Soviet Union. During the long battle, there were many air raids against and from each side. Germany was trying to take control of the city of Stalingrad in southern Russia.

D-DAY
As a result of Germany invading and occupying northwestern France. After the United states entered the war,Britain and the US decided to take back the occupied area that Germany took from France.

PEARL HARBOR
When Japan attack Pearl Harbor located in Hawaii. Japan did this because they wanted to have protection of their advancements on the Dutch East indies company for more profits.
