Indus River Valley: First civilization of the Indian sub continent

I think that Egypt had a better system than the Indus River Valley. Because the environment is different, because Egyptian streets and air was polluted and had excessive garbage compared to The Indus River Valley that had really bad droughts so they would starve because they can't grow as much food. Egypt also had a better government system. They were also more advanced in arts and language than the Indus River Valley.
