TO PROVIDE HIGH SCHOOL AGRICULTURE STUDENTS WITH DAIRY INTERESTS A PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE THAT WILL SERVE THEM WELL IN INDUSTRY POSITIONS RELATED TO MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS.
