THE FIVE FORCES

  • Get in your team - RealNetworks & Jones
  • Use Guide at back of 4 Forces Article to prepare a report (15 min)
  • Save Report to Shared Folder
  • 2 on team present - COMPELLING points (6 min)
  • Debrief as a class after each
Review 'defining the relevant industry' section of the Five Forces paper. Each team (Tesla & Costco) complete an industry analysis on a one-page billeted, formatted, well labeled document (15 minutes) then debrief as a group, no presentation.
