HAZARDS
- Slippery floor- if spills of food or glass
- Chemicals- windex to clean the windows
- Broken glass- plates and glasses can fall and shatter
- Burns- fresh bread is baked every 5 minutes so is very hit to touch
- Allergies- peanut are all over the floor and buckets on table
Hostesses put plates and silverware on the tables for guest to use and the plates used to set the tables are in holders at the end of booth rows. One time on of the hostesses was grabbing plates and one slipped and shattered on the floor and a waitress standing next to her got it in her eye and had to be taken to the hospital.
