KEY RUNNING PLATFORMS

  • Education
  • Bobby Jindal's words on education. "Governor Jindal fought to make sure every child in Louisiana has the opportunity to get a great education, regardless of zip code. Louisiana’s reforms drastically expanded school choice and brought accountability to the public education system. As a result, the number of failing schools has dramatically fallen and the high school graduation rate is at an all time high."

KEY RUNNING PLATFORMS

  • Bobby Jindal's words on energy. "When so many Americans are looking for a job or to get a better one, it’s a shame that President Obama flushes potential energy jobs down the drain. His dream of making everything use “green energy” is irrational and dangerous for our nation. While he vainly boasts that oil production is at an all time high, he fails to mention that that fact is in spite of his policies, not because of them. By contrast, Governor Jindal has fought in Louisiana to protect the private sector from frivolous lawsuits and government regulation. He’s a leader who advocates for Americans to have access to the high quality jobs and cheap energy so many people desperately still need.

KEY RUNNING PLATFORMS

  • Bobby jindal's words on the economy. "It’s time for the folks in Washington to admit the truth – an ever-expanding federal government is blocking private sector job growth. The federal government bankrolls so many unnecessary and wasteful programs, it constantly fails to accomplish its basic duties, and the private sector suffers as a result. In Louisiana, Governor Jindal slashed the budget by 26% and eliminated over 30,000 unnecessary bureaucrat jobs. He put the government on a diet in Louisiana and he will do the same thing in D.C.
