Our audience feedback did affect some of our filming and editing designs, as we found that the majority of our audience wanted the camera work and the music to be a major role in creating suspense. We used this information to select specific music to create a more dramatic mood, and used a variety of shots including many close ups and a POV shot from our killer to create suspense.
As the generation who viewed our film are quite young, they are very technologically able.
This means one of the best ways to distribute our film is over social networking.
We used youtube to broadcast our film, and facebook to distribute it.
This was a very successful way to distribute our film, as we were able to show anyone who is connected to facebook, including family and friends overseas.
Online you are not able to tell if the person has actually watched your film or done your survey, as you can only send them the links and not follow it through.
We got some results that ware not very serious, so online it is also hard to tell wether the results are completely accurate or not.
