ABOUT THE BAND

• Members of the band are Luke Hemmings,Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford, and Calum Hood
• The band began in December of 2011, when Micheal Clifford,Calum Hood,and Luke Hemmings went to the same college and started a band
• They began posting covers and wrote songs on YouTube
• Later in the same month they were joined by a drummer,Ashton Irwin
• Increasing in popularity, they released an EP called Unplugged

MUSICAL CAREER

• The famous British man band One Direction was infatuated by their talent and asked if they wanted to join their Take Me Home Tour
• They have released multiple songs but they announced on February 2nd, 2014 they are releasing their first single called "She's So Perfect"
• Ashton Irwin joined the band in late December of 2011
• They are close friends with One Direction and visit them frequently
• They have won two awards, MTV BreakThrough Band and the oz artist award
