• put our feet flat on the floor
• put our hands flat on our desks or laps
• inhale in for a count of 6
• hold for a count of 4
• exhale for a count of 6 

And we'll repeat that three times.

Your brain needs a break.

Regardless of what you choose, we still have a few expectations in this classroom.

We are lifelong learners in training, and reading and writing is our vehicle.

Late Work Policy

• !0% per class day for major summative assignments. 
• 50% off for homework assignments (if we accept them).
