Frogs, toads, and salamanders are amphibians because they spend part of their life in water and part of their life on land

Amphibians are cold-blooded animals because their body adapts to the weather around them.

They spend part of their lives on land and most of their life in water because their body needs to stay moist to live.

Amphibians breathe through their skin because they breathe through their lungs in water.

They lay their eggs in water because the eggs are safer in an environment without any predators.

Amphibians are vertebrates because they have a backbone. They are complex invertebrates
