- Unfulfilled benefits promised to them beforehand
- Working in terrible conditions

- Negative political impact on the country
- Not much of a local impact on the people living there
- Negative Social impact globally (against basic human rights)

Local impact ties in with the bystander effect. People don't really help unless the person is similar to them. Which in many cases they're not. Not much the local people can do about it anyway.

- Labour issues create great barriers between classes
- Aren't treated as the other people living there
- Locals think it's acceptable to treat them that way
- Discrimination and no equality

- Psychological Approach:
- Unfair on the badly treated labour workers
- Ties to Ivan Pavlov, B.F. Skinner & Albert Bandura
- Children may be more ignorant towards it in the future
Ivan pavlov.... - Because society will be controlling their personalities. Society isn't giving them any importance there and no one is willing to have their voices heard so they think whatever is happening is fine. They think they have no authority to speak up for themselves. It's kind of like the famous line "Monkey see, monkey do" which is basically mimicking what others we look upon do. Refer to the video we watched on the kids that copied the adults. (ALbert Bandura stimulus)

- Anthropological Approach:
- Focuses more on socio-cultural anthropology
- Shows all the different groups of people & how they're treated
- Not such a great relation between society as a whole
- A lot of different communities due to class
