PRESENTATION OUTLINE
This club will be a sanctuary for individuals in their day to day lives as a high school student. It will hold the standards of a sophisticated and refined, yet calm and relaxing environment.
In the tea club, there is the RTC (aka the Royal Tea Court). They are both the members and hosts of the tea club. they are responsible for the tea club's events, get-togethers, and fundraisers. Along with supplying the tea clubs products, and productions.
RTC REQUIREMENTS
- First and foremost, if you have been accepted, you must live by these requirements that have been given to you by the founders.
- In the case that you have been chosen, you will have been given a starter package. Inside are the necessary tools to become a well functioning host.
- It is one's most important duty, of the royal Tea court, to be a well managing host. you must conduct yourself with the utmost sophistication, care, and graciousness that is to be expected.
- New recruits will be of course welcome to ask for assistance from any of the royal court, however… If any new or old court members choose to conduct themselves in an inappropriate manner or a manner that is not seen as productive, they will be asked by the founders, along with a majority vote to resign from their post.
The balance and care of our court and its functions is vital to the success of our club. So all club members must both tally in their effort, and fundings to support our group.
The power of the court is divided by three different positions to which are assigned to a certain individual. First and foremost there is the king/queen of our court. This king or queen has the power to both propose ideas or rules to the tea club. However the court itself has power as well. Due to the fact that they are the ones that vote for who is the king/queen. The court also has a power to repeal any unwanted or unprofessional rules. But the most important role is in fact that of the advisers. Advisers are the consorts of the king/queen, along with the finalizing decision of any proposal.
First we have attire.
Every court member during club events, meetings, and activities; Must dress in appropriate attire that goes along with the state of simple sophistication, and class. This can be achieved by simple formal attire, or our club's uniform (which you are required to wear every Friday)
Second, is your attitude. You must act both gracious, and flexible when dealing withyour guests. The host's number one priority is their guest. So we take great pride in the satisfaction of our guests, and their comfort.
HOW DO YOU ACT AS A EXCELLENT HOST?
People of the royal tea court are required to have the basic standards: first they must always serve with a smile and a friendly, yet polite tone. Keeping a professional, yet delicate demeanor. ladies simply imagine that your china doll, and gentlemen please act as your name.
Not only do we require such a attitude in our club, but we also disband any negative gossip or talk; and whether our guest when visiting, decide to do such acts or not, they do NOT concern us. Privacy for our guests is crucial and important. Violators will be put on probation no matter their standing in court.

Funding:
So the club needs funding. Once a month the club has a bake sale where an individual from the court lets the club use their kitchen, and then they sell the baked goods for the sake of the upcoming month's activities.
However! We need more than that! So think up places that we could advertise for! And small businesses that would lend us a helping hand!
The tea club is for everyone. It is for people to come sit, relax, have a cup of tea and a tart, and just feel at ease with positive, kind people surrounding them. Relieving the stress of the school environment.
This is now your purpose, dearest member of RTC, so do your best! Good luck, and cheers!
