Spend time with your pet
Pets are known to give you unconditional love.
Spending time with them is good for your health.
Studies say when you pet your animal that it releases feel good hormones.

Get rid of the clutter
Having too much stuff can leave you feeling overwhelmed.
Living in constantly messy surroundings brings on unwanted anxiety. T
Clean up small things and then go to the bigger things.
A space that is uncluttered can feel satisfying and soothing.

DO YOUR CHORES
With everyday chore, try to do things a bit differently.
Make a list of things that need to be done.
Put on your favourite music or TV show in the background.
You won't stress out as much or be tired and you will loose calories too.

Go for a walk
One of the best ways to beat stress is to exercise.
It helps your body produce endorphins that make you feel good.
A 30 minute walk can reduce your stress levels.

Drink juices
Researchers say that the vitamin C present in orange juice can actually help you manage stress .
It lowers levels of stress hormones like cortisol.
Remember that vitamin C-rich foods such as orange juice, grapefruit juice, strawberries, or sweet red peppers boost your immune system.

SLEEP
On average, people need around eight hours sleep a night.
If we are regularly short of sleep, then our concentration and our effectiveness suffer and our energy levels decline.
Make sure you get enough sleep.
You will be amazed by how sharp and energetic you will feel once you start sleeping normally.

Sing out loud
Studies show that singing can actually make you feel happier and less stress.
Singing also benefits your breathing, heart and immune system.
Turn up the radio and start singing.
10.
Have a laugh
While all of us have work and family responsibilities that can cause stress.
There are several ways you can unwind:
- Watch your favorite comedy.
- Catch up with close friends and talk about funny memories.
- Research says that every time you laugh out loud, increased oxygen flows to your organs.
