BREATHE DEEPLY

Spend time with your pet

  • Pets are known to give you unconditional love.
  • Spending time with them is good for your health.
  • Studies say when you pet your animal that it releases feel good hormones.

Get rid of the clutter

  • Having too much stuff can leave you feeling overwhelmed.
  • Living in constantly messy surroundings brings on unwanted anxiety. T
  • Clean up small things and then go to the bigger things.
  • A space that is uncluttered can feel satisfying and soothing.

DO YOUR CHORES

  • With everyday chore, try to do things a bit differently.
  • Make a list of things that need to be done.
  • Put on your favourite music or TV show in the background.
