Food for THought

  • Just because a child is in school does not mean they are learning.
  • It is up to teachers as a whole to encourage our students to overcome cultural and marginalized beliefs and to pursue an education to better themselves and to provide themselves with a better life.

Food for THought

  • We live in a country that has so many opportunities to educate our youth, yet we still have a rather high non-literate rate. As a teacher and as a mentor to our future what can we do to create young men and women with strong ethics and morals and the ability to think critically and intellectually about our world and how we can improve it?
