The icebox was we call a freezer or a refrigerator. In pony boys family the first one up has to make breakfast and the others had to take care of the dishes. The icebox is where they stored all the food and cold drinks.

Johnny and pony boy got jumped and killed a soce. They went to a church to hide and dally helped them hide. Then Johnny wanted to turn himself in after 5 days. Dallas was getting mad at Johnny for wanting to turn himself in.

Pony and Johnny wouldn't be in the hospital is Johnny and pony weren't running from home. But now that they saved the children in the church they might get out of murder more easily than if they didn't. And if it weren't for dally helping them out they would both be sitting in jail.

After the fire pony boy was the only one who wasn't badly burnt. He was waiting for his brothers and when they came soda gave pony a big hug. Darry was standing in the doorway crying and that is when pony realized that he had people that love him in his family.

Johnny was going to be charged with manslaughter if he recovered for the accident in the church. Pony may also be charged with runaway due to hiding in the church.

That's all what Bob wanted is for his parents to say no once to him. He was looking for trouble and that's why pony and Johnny are in this whole mess because nobody would say no to Bob.

Johnny and pony always wanted to live outside of town and in the country and there wish came true. It came back at them and now Johnny is severely hurt and might not walk again. The gang can't function without Johnny and now he might not walk again.

The police also known as the Fuzz in the story where asking many question when dally Johnny and pony came to the hospital. There was also reporters asking many questions and the police also where to.

Q-Questions
When Johnny and pony were in the hospital the reporters for the news were asking many questions and they cornered pony. His brothers stopped them and then they went home. Pony was being overwhelmed and if his brothers didn't show up he could have been in some trouble if he answered those questions.
