FAST FOOD

ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOU

Fast food is really bad for you, no matter where you go. They're high in sodium because the food is all preserved and artificial. The sugar amount is overwhelming and awful for your body. You shouldn't eat fast food, it doesn't have the vitamins and minerals your body needs.

Just one Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese can have 740 calories, 1385 mg of sodium, and 19 g of saturated fats. That's 95% of your daily intake of saturated fats.

Instead of having a crispy chicken and bacon McWrap (600 calories) you can have a grilled chicken and bacon McWrap (440 calories). Simple changes like these can make a big difference.

To cut down on the 45g of sugar and 180 calories in a 21 fl oz sweet tea, a healthy alternative would be an unsweetened tea with no calories or sugar.

A healthier meal at McDonalds could consist of fruit and maple oatmeal without brown sugar and black coffee for only 260 calories,115 mg of sodium, and 18 g of sugar.

When you eat at McDonald's, you normally eat the chicken nuggets because they're amazing right? And since you love them so much you get the 10 pack, medium fries, and a Dr. Pepper. What you don't know is that there's 1060 calories, 1245 mg of sodium, 56 g of sugar.

In conclusion, while there are bad foods for you at fast food restaurants, there are even worse. Obesity is a serious issue and no one really seems to be doing anything about it. We need to stop while we can. Some people eat fast food 2-3 times a day, but is it really that hard to make a healthy meal?
