PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Choices are very important and can have big affects. He gave her money for a new dress. "He was laying aside just that amount for a shotgun." He gave her money so she could get a new dress.

He also looked around for the neckless. "He went everywhere". His choice made him a more caring person

Tom Beneckes choice to climb out to grab that paper was almost fatal. "He swung a leg over". If he died it would effect everyone around.

He also lied to her which affected both of them. "It was not actually true that he had to work tonight." He would left with her and he wouldn't risk his life climbing out there.

So I was very young and stupid. I didn't know what good things were from bad. So one day at a friends house, my friend and I hung out with these other kids. We weren't getting along, so I decided to do something. Something very dumb. I picked up a sharp cornered wooden block and threw at the kids. It struck one right in the head. He bled so much. There was a ambulance. My choice to throw that block affected everyone around.

"There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether to let it affect you or not"- Valerie Bertinelli
