The second question in the documentation process is:
"What learning experience facilitated your accomplishment of this CFS LO?"

For every answer you write (for each one of the eight documentation questions), you will want to make sure you are including (in your answer) the wording of the question
.

In order to answer question two, you will want to give your learning experience a title

Remember that, like some of the other questions, your answer will be somewhat determined by whether you are taking CFS 494 or CFS495/496

In 494, you will be given a title by your instructor

In 495 and 496, you will create your own title.

If you are creating your own title, your title should be pretty short since you will use your learning experience title in other places in your documentation

If you worked with an English Language Learner at Sunnyside Elementary School, something like "Tutoring ELL Student at Sunnyside" would work well

Along with including the title of your learning experience in your answer, you need to include the name and number of the class in which the experience occurred

For instance, if you your learning experience took place during ED 420, be sure and include that information, along with your learning experience title

Remember:
Experiences ONLY from classes that count towards your CFS major.

Some instructors will want you to submit each documentation answer as a stand alone document.
Some will want you to submit it on d2l.

If you have questions, email your instructor right away.
