POST SLAVERY PROBLEM

• Start including blacks
• Blacks will work on a farm because they are skilled in that area(Get paid at least minimum wage/They get a small portion of the land that they worked on for 2-3 years.)
• After 2-3 years, will be able to buy a house with the money that they earned
• Then they will start to pay income taxes after they can afford to buy a house

SOCIAL PROBLEM

• Blacks start to go to the same school as whites but in different classrooms
• Whites will see that they have the same education and they will be a part of the community
• Income tax from all working people in the north and the south to pay for school

ECONOMIC PROBLEM

• Blacks have jobs for putting the south back together
• Everyone will pay an income tax at 3%. That will pay for education for the blacks.
• Everyone gets paid the same amount for the same job

POLITICAL PROBLEM

• Congress is going to have a meeting with representatives of black community , the south community, and the north community.
• Start to include southern leaders
• Blacks included in decision making
• Congress will oversee all of these problems
