Where a species of any living organisms get where it needs to survive. A.K.A. food, water, shelter, air, and a place to raise uoung.

EXAMPLES

  • Humans- supermarket and house
  • Fishies- in the hydrosphere
  • Crickets- a wide, grassy area to hop aound
  • Plants- soil and nutrients
  • Anteaters- ants to eat

  • Non-living giving the living a place to live
  • Living- bacteria, plants, animals, people, ect
  • Non-living- wood, rocks, soil, sand, water, ect
  • Plants use soil to grow and gain nutrients
  • Oceans, forests, swamps, mountains, ect

A HEALTHY ECOSYSTEM

  • In its origanal state
  • Full of life
  • Pristine
  • Unspoiled
  • Interaction going on throughout the day

  • All organisms working together to stay alive
  • Animals using rocks, ect. for shelter
  • Fungus keeping the place clean
  • Plants doubling as food

Many parallels take place with ecosystems and habitats but overall, the living and non-living organisms work together somehow.
