• Mind is no doubt somewhere else
• Dance conflict next Saturday
• I know how upset you all have felt
• Never my intention to exclude individuals or groups from any activities

• The date for the dance originally was an issue
• October 10, holiday weekend and availability
• October 18, MICCA
• November 1, i was told informally wouldnt work
• October 25 became the date to coincide as a homecoming

• When it was clear students felt excluded, i approached the advisors
• Consideration was given by all to change the date
• Concern amongst myself and students about polarizing the school
• I dont want that, and if students were going to be upset,
• I want that to be directed to me, and not among students

• Invite individuals and small groups to express frustration
• Or concerns to me this week.
• Also id like to encourage you to set appointments with me
• About the role of the principal regarding thsi very special program
• I pledge to you all that i will be hyper involved in trying to avoid future conflicts
