• They consume grass, twigs, and fruits

• The elephant eats grass and twigs so
• it's role in the food web is very limited
• No other animals eat it
• They are herbivores

WHAT IF?

• Elephants knock down trees so if they
• are removed then there would change the savanna
• landscape all together. There would be less grass
• and less things that eat grass
