Work with DMRS & BM to establish the role of the PCM in pay and hours.
Gain knowledge & understanding of manpower planning.
Analyse Partner data and make recommendations for improvements.
Ensure temporary recruitment meets the needs of the business.

Act as an independent note taker as required.
Complete Duty Management training.
