4TH AMENDMENT

• Right to privacy
• Police officers go through your stuff without permission

6TH AMENDMENT

• Right to speedy or public trial and impartial jury
• Cases would not be as fair

8TH AMENDMENT

• Protects from cruel and unusual punishments
• People would be unnecessarily tortured.

10TH AMENDNENT

• Powers not delegated to the United States are reserved to the states
• Anything could becomes law.

14TH AMENDMENT

• Protects the rights of all citizens
• Right to equal protection of law in all states
• People could move to different states and would not be protected under those laws.

15TH AMENDMENTS

• Prohibits govt from denying a persons right to vote on basis of race
• Certain races wouldn't be able to vote
