- He got 3 wishes
- First wish he wished for a wife
- His wife was a swan that formed into a human
- After a period of time his wife was getting miserable
- They talked and she said she wanted to stay but really she wanted to be a swan again

He started to realize she was getting miserable so he used his second wish to turn her back into a swan with her sister because he loved her and he knew it was best. He never got another wife or betrayed her. They would always still be by each other even when she was a swan.
