This presentation describes some of the technology we have in the PTHSD school district and some great tech tools.

IPADs

ipads
- 1:1 - 9th and 10th grade students
- All High School teachers have an iPad.
- Students with them wriiten in their IEPs get an iPad.
- Elementary, Middle and High School have some carts with them
- We have 2,178 iPads in district
Chromebooks

Chromebooks
- In the middle schools we have a total of 120 chromebooks in carts.
- Teachers sign out carts for classes.
Interactive Projectors
- Most classrooms in the district have a interactive projector
- Projectors also available on carts - check out media center

Available for sign out for media center
TSS Reorganization
TSS Reorganization
- Two teams of 4 techs each - one on each side
- One Help Desk Person located at TSS
- Staff should enter help desk ticket or call help desk
- Do not go straight to the tech!
- Student iPad issues go to Media Center
People going on Leave
Equipment Procedure
Collecting equipment from people on leave
- Building Principal is responsible for collecting equipment
- This includes people ending employment or on any type of leave
Print managment
Print Management Service
- Stewart Business Services
- Supplies Toner and Repairs of all networked laser printers
- We no longer support/supply ink jet printers
- Schools will be sent toner based on toner level from company
- School should continue to enter help desk tickects for repairs
