R is for run
Dally ran out of the hospital when Johnny died. Soda ran out when Ponyboy and Darry where fighting. Ponyboy ran to catch soda.

S
S is for stay
Johnny told Ponyboy to stay gold. Ponyboy had to stay in bed because he was sick. Ponyboy wanted to stay for the fight even when Darry told him that if he was sure about that.

T
T is for tough
Dally was tough to go to the fight with a bad arm. Dally was tough but he couldn't control his emotion when Johnny died. Ponyboy was acting tough when the soc came to talk to him.

U
U is for understand
Ponyboy had understand what the doctor said to the judge. Ponyboy had understand that soda has problem too. Ponyboy had understand the poem.

V
V is for vanish
Ponyboy and Dally vanish after the fight. Dally vanish from the hospital and left Ponyboy there. The soc vanish out when Ponyboy had a cut bottle.

W
W is for wish
Ponyboy wished that everything had never happen that Johnny wasn't dead. Soda wish that Darry and Ponyboy would stop fighting. Ponyboy wished that he could have a cigarette in the hearing.

X is for xenophobic
Darry was xenophobic to randy who visited Ponyboy. Ponyboy was xenophobic to the soc that stopped to talk to him in the store. Ponyboy was xenophobic to the judge at the hearing.

Y
Y is for young
Ponyboy realized that Darry was still young. Ponyboy knew that bob was young when he was looking at the year book. Johnny was okay dying because he save really young people that had more to live.

Z
Z is for zone
Ponyboy and the gang members went to the zone where dally was going to be at and there's where Dally died to. Ponyboy zone out after dally was killed. The grocery store was like a greaser zone because there's where they hanged out.
