Irrigation is the artificial application of water to soil or land.

He created it in the 1940's

Modern day irrigation systems can cost upwards of $44,000 or more. It all depends on how big your field is.

Irrigation makes keeping your crops hydrated easier . It's important because it provides water to crops who don't have access to it, helps the maintenance of landscapes, and so much more! It also helps protect crops against frost and suppresses weed growth.
