CHARACTER DERECK
Smart because he carries a lot of papers and is a psychiatrist.
Weak because he went crazy pulling his shirt up and down to
get rid of the mosquitoes, that means he can't take it.
Stupid because he picked up the transmitter and got struck
by lightning during a storm.
6.
CHARACTER NATURE ANTAGONIST
Dangerous because of the animals and poiseness
plants that are there and can harm us and possibly kill us.
Inconvenient for not providing food and water directly.
Very uncomfortable from the bugs, flying insects, and harsh weather conditions.
Unpredictable from the loose branches and the under-minded animals.

to get to the trading post on the other side of the river. He figures out that it's
going to take 50 hours to paddle

he figures out a plan to take Dereck's
t-shirt wet it and keep his skin moist. He also figured out to take a 10 min. break

and he turns around, and figures out that it's a waterfall. While he loses balance standing
up he falls off the raft letting it flow down the waterfall. When he finally realizes that Dereck
was not there he immediately swims as fast as he can and catches up with the raft with Dereck still there.
