  • The climate of the Andes is colder the higher up you go.
  • Some places in the mountains is tropical, but mostly the climate is cold.
  • The most common plant that lives in the Andes is the Andean Plant.
  • The Andean Plant lives all over the trail of the Andes Mountains.
  • Another plant that lives there is the, Wild Potatoes.

  • 1. The Andes is the longest continental mountain range in the world.
  • 2. The elevation of the Andes is, 22,841.
  • 3. The higest mountain point is, Acocncagua.

  • The Amazon Rainforest is located in:
  • Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Venezula, Ecuador, Bolivia, Guyanna, & Suriname.

  • It rains a lot, but is also sunny & humid.
  • Giant trees are mostly found in the Amazon Rainforest, such as Acacias.
  • There are more than 60,000 species of trees!
  • Then there is more than 2.5 million insects!
