What were 2 rules or laws?

There was no girls allowed and you could not steal gold.

How did a person stake a claim?

You had to mark a piece of ground and claim it as your own, they did that by banging a posts into the ground.

Who was involved? The people who were involved were prospectors and gold miners. Where did the people come from? They came from all around the world but mainly Ireland, America, France and Europe. Who were the important figures? The important figures were George Carmack and Henderson. They were important because George and Henderson were fighting because Henderson didn’t want to share his tobacco.

What were some troubles gold miners faced?


They had to face bigger animals and the trails were bad

How are Ghost towns parts of the gold rush?

People built towns and when they left the town there

What were some other facts?

More than 100,000 people started out for the gold fields
