HISTORY of AUSTIN!
In 1839, scouts searched Texas for a wide and lengthy area for the Republic Of Texas. The location was on the Colorado river, it was named Waterloo but, the name was later changed to honor Stephen F. Austin.

Two reasons why you would want to visit or work at Austin, Texas.
#1. It is the Capitol of our state and it has a beautiful town hall.
#2. There are government offices and you will be able to work for our state.

I would love to visit Austin Texas. It would be an amazing place to visit to learn more about this states history. I don't think I would want to live there though considering all my friends live here.
