Summer Checklist

  • RUN! - or cross-train
  • Purchase RUNNING shoes
  • Get your physical
  • Attend summer activities

Important Dates

  • May 20 - Summer Running Club Miles Start
  • June 2 - Team Run/Weights (8:00pm)
  • August 5 & 6 - Team Campout

SUmmer Program

  • NOT REQUIRED
  • Each week we will have a checkpoint run and a team run.
  • On those days we will also lift on a program specific to runners
  • Everything else is on your own... find a running buddy or group.

Mileage Club

  • 100 & 200 Mile Club - Name in CC Yearbook
  • 300, 500, & 1000 Mile Club - T-Shirt & Name/Picture in CC Yearbook
  • Miles must be logged and initialed each month by a parent/guardian
