  • Free Resource: You Yangs opening and closing hours are 7am-5pm, daylight savings: 7am- 6pm
  • Description: The walk is one hour- two hours but there are 3 different circuits to walk, so they could take different amounts of time.

Health Benefits
13-17yr olds need average 60 minutes of outside activities. Doing this promotes healthy growth and development.
