  • Saturn is the 6th planet from the sun.
  • It is one of the outer planets because it is located outside the asteroid belt.
  • It is the 2nd largest planet in our solar system.

  • It takes 29.4 earth years to orbit the sun.
  • Saturn has a stronger gravity the Earth.
  • My planet is known for having rings, made mostly of gases like hydrogen, and it's rings are bits of ice, dust, and rock.

  • Saturn got it's name from a Roman god of agriculture.
  • The average temperature is -288 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Saturn has 62 moons.
  • A few of Saturn's moons are Titan, Hyperion, Mimas, and Enceladus.

  • Saturn is made of 94% hydrogen and 6% helium.
