• Held at night
• Caiaphas palace
• Caiaphas son in law of Annas.
• Continues to persecute Christ followers

As the trial heats up Peter looses his resolve. Our strength is in Christ.

Taking counsel

• Already decided the answer - guilty
• How can we legally get this done
• Corrupt collabrators

Judas

• Retracting sin
• Religion doesn't remove sin
• We can't self mitigate sin
• Priests are suppose to care for the troubled
• Sin leads to death

• Blind reality, charged crowd influences

• Scourged
• Dresses like a king
• Humiliated beyond recognition
