• Near end of class, invite your students to share some words of wisdom with the next class

I would also highly recommend doing any extra credit assignments, not just for the extra points, but for the extra learnings derived from them. Think of it like your daughter’s skating coach offering an extra lesson for free or your son’s soccer coach spending extra time with him working on his footskills at no charge.
