LEarning Walk Schedule
- Meet to establish norms (5 minutes)
- Observation #1 (15 minutes)
- Walk & Debrief Observation #1 (5 minutes)
- Observation #2 (15 minutes)
- Debrief & Reflect on the Experience (15 minutes)
Each learning walk will...
- Begin at the scheduled time in Room 128.
- Focus on teams of 2-4 teachers
- Observe at least two classrooms for 10-20 minutes

Walking teachers will...
- Focus their observations on three observable lesson segments.
- Lesson Segment #1 - Routines and Procedures
- Lesson Segment #2 - Addressing Content
- Lesson Segment #3 - Enacted on the spot
After the observations...
- The learning walk group will debrief
- Reflect about what you noticed
- Reflect about what you wondered
- Share a note of gratitude to the host teachers
