• Bill Arkwright a spook who deals with water witches but instead of putting them in pits like Gregory he sees it as a jail sentence
• Morwena in a nutshell is Arkwright's long time enemy and lives in a lake near by Arkwright's home

WHY I GAVE THIS BOOK 8/10

• First I feel like the author wrote himself into a corner when Alice (Tom Ward's love interest) thinks the fiend could just show up kill Tom and rule the world but this hobble fells forced in just for the book to change continue that is the one thing that holds it from a 100
• As well as this blood jar
