Only a few gyms but resorts & hotels are leading the way. Next few pages mention a few of them.
Yes some gyms are on the train and have been for some time now.
However, while I do not have any stats, I believe that number is very small in comparison to the number of gyms in total.
And I can say with 99.9% accuracy that the gyms in Asia, especially Southeast Asia aren't even at the train station ticket office.
